This sculpture of a bust can be opened to showcase the inside of the form. The soul, or anima, is represented by a smooth golden surface, in form of an egg, in contrast with the rough and warm surface of the wood. The gold is a symbol of purity and eternity, and this artwork is to remember the divine part of women and men.
