Collection: Oleksii Revika

Oleksii Revika is a Ukrainian graphic artist, painter, and illustrator. He works in the genre of semantic surrealism and has developed his visual language for graphics based on the art therapy technique of doodling. One of his artworks "Loss 2022 - 58" was brought to the attention of the diplomatic mission of the President of Ukraine during a visit to the head of the Catholic Church, Pope Francis, in the Vatican.

In my work, I pursue several goals. The first is explicit and directed towards the viewer: a specific message integrated into the work should be understood, even if the context is unknown. I think in terms of a series of works, allowing me to fully develop a theme. Additionally, my established style broadens the interpretation of my work. The second goal (implicit) involves the variety of technical tasks I set for myself during the execution process. Carefully planned composition, conciseness of artistic expression, technical execution, and the format of the work create an environment for open dialogue and a focus on the viewer's internal emotional processes.
