Oksana Chumakova

By profession, I am a theatrical artist, and I believe this influences my work. In my creative practice, I explore the diversity of female identities and the role of women in society. Every woman harbors multiple personalities, each with its own character. At certain times, one of these personalities steps into the spotlight and plays the lead role. This is reflected in my works as well. When I work with various materials, from fabric to metal, it is as if different women are creating the art piece.
